Technology meets quirky energy!

We loved a lot of the digitally manufactured-hand assembled products out there but it all started to look a bit similar to us so we started making our own products that were unique and fun.

We are a small team of two, Adam & Cynthia, but we are a force to be reckoned with. Both of us complain about how busy we are but hate quiet moments just the same – we wouldn’t have our busy lifestyle any other way.

We are located in Western Australia and work out of our own workshop using digital technologies (laser cutter, CNC router etc) and hands on assembly and finishing. Our workspace is crazy! There’s a lot of chaos but we are firm believers that creativity is messy – we don’t like to get distracted with cleaning when we are creating. That’s our excuse anyway!

Our choice of materials follow the same ethos as our object design does. We like unique materials because we believe that unique objects deserve to be made from unique and interesting stuff. We see materials sometimes and get so excited by them that we can’t NOT make something.

Our designs often give a nod to popular culture but always insist on being just a little bit quirky. We are inspired by our memories but in a fun nostalgic way. Think about those conversations you have over dinner with friends when you all take turns in saying “Hey, remember when they used to....” We like to help you re-live that moment  - or feel that feelin'!

We like to go above and beyond for our customers. We're kind of addicted to that happy response we get when we do something a little extra for our customers. We seriously love that reaction! Smiling is good!

Let us make you smile :)

About

Cynthia & Adam

owners, makers, designers

With one foot in mainstream and one foot in subculture lifestyle we can often be seen running three legged design races.

We are techno-philes who also love good old fashioned craftspersonship. We also adore Sunday day trips as local tourist nerds.  But that's another story...
