Custom Orders

We can cut any of our existing designs onto your vinyl record OR we can source the record for you  OR you can send us your vinyl.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • There is an extra fee for us sourcing your vinyl.  This is $60 solely due to the costs involved of finding and paying for newly pressed vinyl. New vinyl is not cheap these days and does come at a premium. Please keep in mind that sourcing some vinyl can be time consuming as well - we are very happy to do this as part of our service but we do need to cover our costs. ** Sourcing your vinyl takes time so these are not suitable for rush orders. Preorder or imported vinyl may take up to 12 weeks to arrive to us, plus our production time, plus shipping to you.

  • We can cut to vinyl that you send to us at your cost - there is a $10 handling fee added to the clock price. 

  • Very rarely, records can break during the process (around 1 in 500) its super rare but can happen.  There may be an additional cost to replace the record. If providing your own, we strongly suggest providing a back up record (we will return unused records) at no extra cost.

  • We do not do custom creative designs at this stage - the fee for your 'custom and exclusive design' is $500 -$800 and takes up to 12 weeks to get the file ready. Due to constraints and costs to you we generally do not offer exclusive design services. We can take your suggestions, and if its something we feel has potential as a future product we may produce it.

Options:

  • Buy a record from our special stash 'as is' - uncut to add to your playing collection (all prices start with this option, add ons attract additional fees)

  • Have any choice collectable cut into a clock from our range by choosing the options in the listing (an extra fee) - you can choose hands as well in the options for these listsings.  *(a $10 storage and handling fee applies)

  • Choose the SOURCE or SEND listings to ask us to source an LP for you (a $60 fee applies), or for you to send us your LP *(a handling fee applies $10)
